We do not accept returns. To qualify for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of an order number, and it must be confirmed that your order has not been delivered according to the carrier tracking information.

Replacement (if applicable):

In the event that your product arrives scratched or damaged, you may qualify for a replacement. We provide replacements for damaged products with photo evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Should a product not adhere well to a case or phone, eligibility extends to replacement of the product.
